By using a golf stretching program, you will not only increase your power but you will also reduce the risk of injury. Some of the key components of a good stretching program are by doing shoulder turn stretches, you will get more degrees out of your back swing and loosen the shoulders and hips.

Shoulder & Chest Stretch – For shoulder stretch, place your lead golf arm across your chest and pull from the elbow back with your non lead arm. For chest stretch, push your arms straight out and push back as hard as you can without causing injury.

Triceps Stretch – Place one hand behind back with elbow in air. Place other hand on elbow and gently pull towards head. Hold and repeat with other arm.f your back swing and loosen the shoulders and hips.
